NOTES:1. Triangular series Kyabram, Merrijig, Chiltern. Presentations at Chiltern.
2. Day membership available for juniors only.
3. No Glass in or on the grounds
4. No alcohol to be consumed or open within 40 mtrs of the arena and time event area and yards.
5. Dogs are allowed , but must be retrained at all times . This will be the last time ,if dogs are found wandering ,all dogs will be banned from this event the next year .
6. Garbage bags will be supplied , and large mini skip to dispose of all your rubbish . Please do not leave on the grounds.
7. No access at all to competitors area without valid members card .( Must be shown when asked for )
8. Non competing members with valid card must pay an entry fee $ 20.00 ( Competing with Partners and children are free)
