NOTES: 1. Add back open events $100.
2. Day Members must enter through Carlie Remfrey 0428350158 and all nominations & fees must be PAID IN FULL by 5pm Sunday 9th April 2017, to the Secretary. EFTPOS will be available.
3. Due to council laws all dogs to be tied up at all times, any dogs found loose within the
Recreation grounds will be impounded immediately.
4. All plugs in electrical equipment that you are using must have a certified
test and tag displayed on them.
5. Areas defined as NO PARKING are to be respected as such.
6. Strictly No Parking of Competitors vehicles with horses is allowed within designated visitor’s carpark areas.
7. Due to limited space in the competitors camping area please keep your horse yards to the size of 3mtr x 3mtr per horse.
8. Holding of camping areas for other competitors is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
9. All Junior competitors must wear their helmets both in & outside of the arena whilst on their horse.
10. Strict western dress code ruling applies both in the arena & behind the rough stock chutes & timed event box, fines will be applied if this ruling is not adhered to.
11. Roma Easter In The Country Rodeo committee have Zero Tolerance for any
abusive behaviour from any APRA members in regards to Camping, Horse Areas or anything else associated with the festival.
