2. The competitors gate will open at
10:30am sharp Saturday morning, prior
to this time it’s private property and the
gates are locked.
3. Directions to grounds - Mt Buller road
into Merrijig turn left into School Lane
opposite the local pub then first right
into McCormacks Lane then about 400
metres turn left into double gate area.
4. No glass bottles at all on the property.
5. Alcohol not allowed within 100 metres
of the arena and stock areas.
6. Stray dogs will be removed by the local
shire ranger, penalties will apply.
7. Competitors must show their card
when entering through the competitors
gate.
8. Non competiting members and friends
may enter here with a current members
card and pay an entry fee of $20 adults
only.
9. BBQ lunch will be open 1pm, bar will
open at 3pm.
10. Tap water onsite for stock use only, do
not attach hoses to these taps.
11. Due to the increase in trucks and
floats, restrictions apply to the amount
of horse paddock allowed (only 2-3
times the size of your rig will be
allowed)
12. Do not block laneways or access area.
